Absolutely. Our family-friendly office loves to meet the smallest members of your family. Please let us know, and we are happy to take out some toys, put on a TV show, or print out some coloring pages to help keep the littles entertained while we review your coverage.
Several of our agents are furbabe lovers, and would be more than happy to meet you with your pet. However, we do have agents in the office with severe animal allergies, so we ask that you talk to your agent first prior to bringing your four legged family member to our office.
Robbie leads as the owner, with his three daughters, Chante Padilla, Se’Leah Schultz, and Aliana Rushing, also working in the business. Apart from this blood relation, our other Senior Insurance team members have been part of the team for over a decade, and are considered just as integral to the family as anyone else.
Insurance agents receive compensation in the form of commissions, which are determined by the insurance plans they successfully enroll clients in.
For Medicare and Individual health plans, we establish contracts with as many insurance companies as will work with brokers; this is so we can do our best to offer our clients a wide range of carrier and plan options.
Our agents remain current with all necessary training and certifications. In the case of Medicare, each of our agents undergoes yearly AHIP, Fraud Waste and Abuse, and certification training for every Medicare Part D and C insurance company we represent.
Regarding Life insurance, our agents undergo anti-money laundering training.
For Nevada Health Link, our agents complete the annual marketplace training & certification.
Additionally, to maintain their licenses, our agents adhere to Nevada law requirements, which entail earning 30 continuing education credits every three years for license renewal.
