Since 1986, Senior Insurance Agency has been dedicated to the principles of service, reliability and credibility. We value our relationship with you, our client, and can be relied upon to provide the professional service you deserve, including but not limited to, the protection and security of your information. The following notice describes our policies and practices with regard to collecting and disclosing nonpublic information about our clients and former clients.
Confidentiality and Security of Your Nonpublic Personal Information
We maintain appropriate physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to comply with the confidentiality and security of your nonpublic personal information contained in our records. We restrict access to nonpublic information about you contained in our records to the insurance company(s) you select as your insurer and our employees in order to provide products or services to you.
Categories of Information That We Collect
You authorized us to collect personally identifiable information (PII) from you by mail, email, in person, or any other means you select. Any PII we collect is used to educate you about your insurance options and process your insurance application. If you choose to give us PII, we may share this information with insurance companies we represent and Senior Insurance Agency staff for the purpose of processing applications and policy services. Collection of your PII is voluntary.
If you choose not to provide us with the PII requested, or not to respond to certain questions, we may not be able to educate you about the requested information.
Categories of Parties to Whom We May Disclose Information
We may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to our affiliate insurance companies. We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted or required by law.
SMS opt-in and Phone Numbers for the purpose of SMS will not be shared with third parties and affiliates for marketing purposes.
Accuracy of Your Nonpublic Personal Information That We Possess
We strive to maintain the accuracy of your information. In order to help us maintain accuracy, you have the right to reasonably access your information. If you believe any of your information in our possession is inaccurate you may request that we amend, correct or delete the information that you believe to be erroneous. If we concur with your conclusion, we will mend, correct or delete the information in question.
Right to File Complaint
You have the right to file a complaint with our agency, the state division of insurance, Nevada Health Link, or any authorized entity overseeing our practices.
Changes to Our Notice of Privacy Policy and Insurance Information Practices
We reserve the right to change our privacy policies and insurance information practices. If we make any changes to our policies or practices, we will provide you with a copy of a revised notice as required by applicable law.
